TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the salary and social management and administration of the staff of the municipal administration of Pont-à-Celles – excluding teaching staff – as more clearly specified below, as well as the provision of legal advice required by the municipal Human Resources service as part of this assignment. For the purposes of understanding this document, however, the word “worker” must be understood as “a unit engaged within a given employment relationship”. Thus, a person engaged through two part-time positions (two half-time equivalents) is, in this document, counted as two workers (since two half-time positions, therefore two distinct personnel identifiers). In payroll terms, the staff concerned represents approximately 226 individuals (or 303 personnel identifiers/workers), broken down as follows (01.05.2026): 1. Permanent staff: - 7 manual workers - 19 employees 2. Contract staff (ordinary and subsidised) - 91 manual workers (i.e. 92 personnel identifiers) - 72 employees (i.e. 140 personnel identifiers) 3.
