Fixed reception areas: The present contract aims to define the conditions under which Mauges Community, manager of the reception areas located in the municipalities of Beaupréau-en-Mauges, Chemillé-en-Anjou, and Sèvremoine, grants to the contractor: - The reception of travellers; - The management and maintenance of its areas; - The collection, on behalf of Mauges Community, of fees due from users; - The administrative, technical management and maintenance of the reception areas; - The management of the remote management software "EELIS", provided by the company EELIS under a contract established between EELIS and Mauges Community. Major passages and illegal parking: The present contract also aims to organise the major summer passages of travellers and to manage illegal parking inherent or not throughout the year.
