TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is to entrust the management of the upper loading/unloading bay and the management of the lower bays of the two waste transfer stations Flodanche and Patac. The procurement procedure used is: open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract is a single-award framework agreement with a maximum amount, concluded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The following are the maximum amounts: Initial period (24 months): 2,200,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) renewal (24 months): Maximum total amount: 4,400,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) The maximum amounts are the same for each renewal The purpose of this contract is to entrust the management of the upper loading/unloading bay and the management of the lower bays of the two waste transfer stations Flodanche and Patac.
