Gestion et exploitation des services publics de transports non urbains de voyageurs du réseau Aléop en Sarthe

TENDER DESCRIPTION

As of 1 September 2017, the Pays de la Loire Region is the Contracting Authority for non-urban transport within its territorial scope. The purpose of this consultation is to award the future public service delegation contract relating to the management and operation of non-urban passenger transport public services of the Aléop network in the territory of Sarthe. The contract enters into force as from its notification, and at the latest as from 30 August 2027 and until 29 August 2035. The estimated financial volume of the concession is EUR 11,935,062 ex VAT (HT), for one year, including revenues. Characteristics of the future contract: The Contracting Party (Delegataire), to whom a risk related to the operation of the service is transferred, assumes performance by putting in place the most suitable means to meet the needs defined by the Contracting Authority, which include in particular: • Collecting revenues from the service on behalf of and for the account of the Contracting Authority and bearing all charges directly related to performance of the contract in compliance with the accounting, tax and regulatory standards in force; • Setting up an internal organisation adapted to…
