Gestion et exploitation des services publics de transports non urbains de voyageurs du réseau Aléop en Sarthe

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Since 1 September 2017, the Région des Pays de la Loire is the Contracting Authority for non-urban transport within its territorial scope. This consultation aims to award the future public service delegation contract concerning the management and operation of public non-urban passenger transport services of the Aléop network in the territory of Sarthe. The contract takes effect as of its notification, and at the latest from 30 August 2027 up to 29 August 2035. The estimated financial volume of the concession is €11,935,062 excluding tax (HT), for one year, including revenues. Characteristics of the future contract: The Delegatee, to whom a risk linked to operation of the service is transferred, assumes execution by putting in place the most appropriate means to meet the needs defined by the Contracting Authority, which include in particular: • Collecting the service revenues on behalf of and for the account of the Contracting Authority and bearing all charges directly related to performance of the contract, in compliance with the accounting, tax and regulatory standards in force; • Setting up an internal organization adapted to the scope of the service (support functions,…
