TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the management and operation of a covered parking facility at Les Grésillons in Gennevilliers. The services to be provided as part of the contract are as follows: - Operation and technical management of these premises, including use of the various facilities and equipment, - Administrative and financial management of the car park, including relations with the Direction de Affaires Financières and the services of the French Public Treasury (Trésor Public), - Management and relations with users, including management of subscriptions, etc. - Communication with users, - Promotion and optimization of these facilities, in particular with regard to the occupancy rate, which is a priority objective, - Monitoring inside and in the immediate vicinity of the structure, - Removal of abandoned vehicles and illegally parked tow-aways (ventouses), including tow trailers, - Checks relating to the requirement for subscribers to have valid current insurance and a valid ongoing vehicle technical inspection certificate, - Welcoming users, - Collection from users on behalf of the City of GENNEVILLIERS of the price intended to be paid back in full into its accounts, -…
