TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the management and operation of a covered parking facility at Les Grésillons in Gennevilliers. The services to be provided under the contract are as follows: - Operation and technical management of these premises, including the use of the various facilities and equipment, - Administrative and financial management of the parking, including dealings with the Directorate of Financial Affairs and the services of the Public Treasury, - Management and relationships with users, management of subscriptions, etc. - Communication to users, - Promotion and optimization of these facilities, in particular with regard to the occupancy rate, which constitutes a priority objective, - Monitoring inside the facility and in the immediate vicinity of the structure, - Removal of abandoned vehicles and those improperly parked using wheel clamps, including tow trailers, - Checks regarding the requirement for subscribers to have valid, in-force insurance and a valid technical inspection certificate, - Welcoming users, - Collecting from users on behalf of the City of GENNEVILLIERS the payment intended to be fully remitted to its funds, - Provision of all statistics enabling the…
