TENDER DESCRIPTION

Single lot. The contractor ensures, as a culinary operator, the management and operation of the L'Ichali restaurant of the Mémorial ACTe as well as event catering services: provision of a chef and a team, supply, preparation and service of meals (snacking/cafeteria, lunches, dinners, Sunday brunches, musical evenings, literary cafés), cleaning and maintenance of premises and equipment. Catering revenues are collected on behalf of the Mémorial ACTe revenue office by agents appointed from among the contractor’s staff. The contractor is remunerated by a monthly fixed fee with a minority share of variable remuneration, by a unit price schedule for catering services and by a unit price schedule for additional catering services. Occupation of public domain is subject to a fee. Duration: 12 months renewable once (maximum 24 months); maximum amount: 1,200,000 EUR excluding VAT. Single lot.
