TENDER DESCRIPTION

Single lot. The contractor, acting as a culinary operator, ensures the management and operation of the L'Ichali restaurant at the Mémorial ACTe as well as event catering services: provision of a chef and team, supply, preparation and serving of meals (snacking/cafeteria, lunches, dinners, Sunday brunches, musical evenings, literary cafés), cleaning and maintenance of premises and equipment. Restaurant revenues are collected on behalf of the Mémorial ACTe revenue management by agents appointed from among the contractor’s staff. The contractor is paid a monthly flat fee with a minority portion of variable remuneration, a unit price schedule for catering services, and a unit price schedule for additional restaurant services. Use of public land requires payment of a fee. Duration: 12 months renewable once (maximum 24 months); maximum amount: EUR 1,200,000 excluding tax. Single lot.
