Gestion et exploitation du restaurant « L'Ichali » du Mémorial ACTe et services de traiteur

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Single lot. As a culinary operator, the contractor ensures the management and operation of the L'Ichali restaurant of the ACTe Memorial as well as event catering services: provision of a head chef and a brigade, procurement, preparation and service of meals (snacking/cafeteria, lunches, dinners, Sunday brunches, musical evenings, literary cafés), cleaning and maintenance of the premises and equipment. Restaurant receipts are collected on behalf of the ACTe Memorial receipts authority by agents appointed among the contractor’s staff. The contractor is paid a monthly lump sum accompanied by a minor portion of variable remuneration, by a schedule of unit prices for catering services and by a schedule of unit prices for additional catering/restaurant services. Occupation of the public domain gives rise to the payment of a fee. Duration: 12 months, renewable once (maximum 24 months); maximum amount: EUR 1,200,000 exclusive of tax (EUR HT). Single lot.
