TENDER DESCRIPTION

Single lot. The contractor, acting as a catering operator, shall ensure the management and operation of the L'Ichali restaurant at the ACTe Memorial, as well as event catering services: providing a chef and a brigade, sourcing/supplies, meal preparation and service (snacking/cafeteria, lunches, dinners, Sunday brunches, musical evenings, literary cafés), cleaning and maintenance of the premises and equipment. Catering revenues are collected on behalf of the ACTe Memorial revenue collection office by agents designated from among the contractor’s personnel. The contractor is paid a monthly fixed fee with a minority share of variable compensation, a schedule of unit prices for catering services, and a schedule of unit prices for additional catering/restaurant services. Occupation of the public domain gives rise to the payment of a fee. Duration: 12 months renewable once (maximum 24 months); maximum amount: EUR 1,200,000 excl. VAT. Single lot.
