TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Office for Spatial Planning and the Economy (rawi) <https://www.office.com/search?q=Dienststelle+Raum+und+Wirtschaft+%28rawi%29&EntityRepresentationId=552a683c-a930-854c-b432-36088bdebaca> of the Canton of Lucerne is inviting tenders for the external processing of applications for the Lucerne Innovation Contribution (LIB) for the contribution years 2027 to 2029. The contract includes receiving and managing the applications, formal and substantive review of the submitted documents, communication with the applicants, requesting follow-up documents, quality assurance, documenting the processing, and preparing the decision basis for the cantonal authorities. The expected volume is around 100 applications per year. The provider must have demonstrable experience in handling administrative procedures, in case management, in applying legal requirements, and in dealing with high case volumes.
