TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Hanseatic City of Attendorn plans to carry out work for the development of commercial areas in the planned commercial and industrial area Fernholte. The scope of services consists of the following partial services: construction site setup; construction of service road in the commercial and industrial area; final development of access road; stormwater sewer, stormwater treatment and retention soil filter; wastewater sewer; property connection lines; fire water supply; utility lines (Bigge Energie). The following approximate main quantities are included: 14,250 tons of frost protection material; 80 units of street drains; 3,700 tons of asphalt base course; 1,060 tons of asphalt binder course; 40 units of lighting locations; 1,750 m of reinforced concrete pipes DN 300 - DN 900; 1,730 m of concrete/plastic combination pipes DN 250; 80 units of manhole structures; 3 units of fire water tanks, each with a volume of 300 cbm.
