TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hanseatic City of Attendorn plans to carry out the works for the development of the commercial areas in the planned commercial and industrial area Fernholte. The contract includes the following partial services: construction site setup; construction of access road in the commercial and industrial area; final development of feeder road; stormwater sewer, stormwater treatment and retention soil filter; wastewater sewer; property connection lines; fire water supply; utility lines (Bigge Energie). The following approximate main quantities are included: 14,250 tons frost protection material; 80 pcs road drains; 3,700 tons asphalt base layer; 1,060 tons asphalt binder layer; 40 pcs lighting locations; 1,750 m reinforced concrete pipe DN 300 - DN 900; 1,730 m concrete/plastic combination pipe DN 250; 80 pcs shaft structures; 3 pcs fire water tanks each with 300 cbm volume.
