TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Gemeinschaftsgrundschule (GGS) Vorst is the district school for the districts of Vorst and Driesch and is run inclusively as an open full-day school programme. The school currently operates with three parallel classes, currently with 11, and in the long term from the 2027/2028 school year with 12 year-group-separated classes. At present, 294 students attend the school. The school ensemble consists of a two-storey existing building from the construction years 1964 and 1974, which was supplemented by an extension building from 2017 (administration area and open full-day school - OGS). In addition, to cover the space requirement, a container module with two further classrooms was erected. With the commissioning of the administration wing, the school has been made barrier-free and meets the current requirements for inclusion. In total, there are currently 12 classrooms available in the existing building and modular construction. The OGS is located in the new building from 2017 and currently comprises five supervision rooms as well as a cafeteria with about 50 seats.
