TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Gemeinschaftsgrundschule (GGS) Vorst is the district school for the districts of Vorst and Dries and is managed inclusively as part of the open full-day school programme. The school currently operates with three forms of entry, with currently 11 and, from the school year 2027/2028 onward, 12 year-group-separated classes. At present, 295 pupils attend the school. The school ensemble consists of a two-storey existing building dating from the years 1964 and 1974, which was supplemented by an extension building from 2017 (administration area and open full-day school - OGS). In addition, to meet the space requirements, a container module with two further classrooms was erected. With the commissioning of the administration wing, the school is made accessible without barriers and complies with current requirements for inclusion. In total, 12 classrooms are currently available in the existing building and the modular building. The OGS is housed in the new building from 2017 and currently comprises five supervision rooms as well as a canteen with approximately 50 seats.
