TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to contract a reliable and skilled contractor for the performance of window cleaning services at the locations of VISTA college. The services relate to the cleaning and maintenance of the internal and external façade glass and partition glass, in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in the procurement documents, with a frequency of twice per year. VISTA college intends to enter into one (1) agreement with one (1) contractor. The intended effective date of the agreement is 1 March 2027 and it has an initial term of four (4) years, with twice the option to extend (4+2+2). The agreement ends automatically, no later than 28 February 2035. The estimated value is estimated at € 805.000,- exclusive of VAT for the entire term of eight (8) years. VISTA college reserves the right not to award the agreement when, in VISTA college’s opinion, the tender(s) significantly exceed the estimated value.
