TENDER DESCRIPTION

The multi-purpose hall of the municipality of Glashütten is to be comprehensively renovated, extended and restructured. In addition, a single-court sports hall is to be built on the site using timber construction. The single-court sports hall and the multi-purpose hall are to be connected by a newly constructed masonry structure. The detailed scope of services for this invitation to tender can be found in the bill of quantities (Leistungsverzeichnis). Important: Due to the complex construction measures, on-site inspections will be carried out by the contracting authority. Bidders must attend an on-site inspection and inspection of the property without fail before submission of their tender. Appointments are arranged by means of telephone registration (see Leistungsverzeichnis). For reasons of equal treatment, no content-related questions can be answered during the on-site inspection. Any questions raised must be submitted within the period for requests for clarification no later than ten calendar days before the end of the deadline via the messaging function of the tendering platform.
