TENDER DESCRIPTION

The multi-purpose hall of the municipality of Glashütten is to be extensively renovated, extended and reorganised into a new structure. In addition, a single-field sports hall is to be built on the site in timber construction. The single-field sports hall and the multi-purpose hall are to be connected by a newly constructed solid building. The detailed scope of services for this tender can be found in the bill of quantities (specification). Important: Due to the complex construction measures, site walkthroughs are carried out by the contracting authority. Bidders must mandatory take part in a site walkthrough and a site inspection before submitting their offer. The scheduling is arranged by telephone registration (see the bill of quantities/specification). For reasons of equal treatment, no content-related questions may be answered during the site walkthrough. Any questions that arise must be submitted within the period for questions, up to ten calendar days before the deadline, via the messaging function of the procurement platform.
