TENDER DESCRIPTION

The multi-purpose hall of the municipality of Glashütten is to be comprehensively renovated, extended and newly structured. In addition, a one-field sports hall is to be built on the property in timber construction. The one-field sports hall and the multi-purpose hall are to be connected by a new-build solid construction. The detailed scope of services for this tender can be found in the specifications. Important: Due to the complex construction measures, site tours will be carried out by the contracting authority. Bidders must therefore necessarily participate in a site tour and inspection of the site before submitting their offer. The appointment will be arranged by telephone registration (see specifications). For reasons of equal treatment, no content-related questions may be answered during the site tour. Any questions that arise must be sent, within the period for requests for clarification, up to ten calendar days before the end of the deadline via the messaging function of the procurement platform. The response will then be provided to all bidders at the same time.
