TENDER DESCRIPTION

The University Hospital Halle (Saale) AöR is the regionally recognized expert for difficult, most severe and rare diseases and injuries in the southern part of Saxony-Anhalt. We treat female and male patients of all age groups according to the latest scientific findings and benefit from the close integration with the Faculty of Medicine of Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. With more than 4,000 employees, the University Hospital Halle (Saale) AöR is one of the leading health care centers for university medicine in Germany. A new building is to be constructed at the Steintor Medical Campus to expand the central cryo warehouse infrastructure of University Medicine Halle (Saale). This extension new building will be implemented as an addition directly to the already existing central cryo warehouse building. In the existing building of the central cryo warehouse, only biological samples are currently stored in ultra-low-temperature storage cabinets or chests at -80°C. Due to the continuous increase in sample volume and additional requirements for central sample storage, the available areas are largely fully utilized and will be completely exhausted in the foreseeable future.…
