TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF SERVICES With this procurement procedure, an expert traffic planning and engineering office is to be commissioned to prepare a traffic assessment to accompany the zoning plan procedure "Wohnen am Campus" in Erftstadt-Liblar. The traffic assessment serves the early expert assurance of land-use planning and is to be submitted as an expert contribution relevant for the balancing of interests. The aim is to identify, assess and demonstrate in a comprehensible manner the traffic impacts of the planned quarter development "Wohnen am Campus" in Erftstadt-Liblar on the existing and planned transport network, including proof of its capacity. The access structure provided in the framework plan is to be examined from a traffic engineering perspective and, if necessary, optimized. The basis of the study is the present urban planning framework plan, which at the same time forms the basis of the zoning plan procedure. The access concept anchored in the framework plan is not to be newly developed, but rather to be professionally validated within the context of the traffic assessment with regard to its capacity, traffic safety, feasibility and future viability.
