The contractor’s task is to build the “C”-type gymnasium on the property located at 2100 Gödöllő, Szabadság tér 9., hrsz. 401. Construction organisation: The staging for construction and the servicing of the investment will be carried out from Kossuth u. 5-7. Extension: total enclosed floor area: 33.50 m x 30 m, ground floor + first floor + attic. Built-up area: 1002.97 m2. Useful floor area: 1539.24 m2. Foundations: well foundations with head beams. Structural system: prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and beams, 30 cm thick Silka HML 300 NF+GT lime-sand brick infill wall structure. Span: 20.92 m. Roof structure: 5.0 cm concrete walkway slabs (dimensions 40x40x5 cm), 1 layer of 1.8 mm thick, mechanically fastened, UV- and weather-resistant (MSZ EN 13956), polyester-reinforced, multi-layer special quality PVC waterproofing membrane against precipitation (e.g. SikaPlan G-18), loosely laid, with 5 cm overlaps, surface continuously bonded with at least 3 cm hot-air welding (white - RAL 9016). 1 layer.
