TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume of 16 133.05 MWh. The data are indicative. 2. The number of metering systems used to settle electricity consumption: 1 378 units. 3. The Contracting Authority has provided a detailed description of points of supply (PPE) in Annex 1a to the SWZ. 4. Supplies will be carried out in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027; details regarding the delivery dates for the individual points of supply are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ, column “Delivery period”. 5. CPV code: 09300000-2 – Electricity, heat, solar and nuclear energy 09310000-5 – Electricity 6. The currently binding contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or be terminated with effect on the day preceding the planned start date of supplies (column “Delivery period”). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the Contracting Authorities (customers). 7.
