TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume (basic order) of 10,061.15 MWh. Data are indicative. 2. Number of metering systems measuring consumed electricity: 17 units. 3. A detailed description of the delivery points (PPE) is included by the contracting authority in Annex 1b to the ToR. 4. Metering systems are adapted to the supplier switching procedure. 5. Deliveries will be made from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027; details regarding delivery periods for individual delivery points are described in Annex 1b to the ToR, column "Delivery Period". 6. CPV code: 09300000-2 - Electric, thermal, solar and nuclear energy 09310000-5 – Electricity 7. For all delivery points, the supplier change will occur again. 8. Currently valid electricity supply contracts will expire or be terminated with effect on the day preceding the planned start date of supplies (column "Delivery Period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the contracting entities (recipients). 9.
