TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Municipality, originating from properties where residents live. The subject matter of the contract does not include the collection and management of municipal waste generated on non-residential properties. The subject matter of the contract includes, in particular: 1) collection in the period from 01.01.2027 r. to 31.12.2027 r. of municipal waste listed in table no. 5 of the OPZ, generated on all properties where residents live within the Municipality, 2) collection in the period from 01.01.2027 r. to 30.06.2027 r. of municipal waste listed in table no. 5a of the OPZ, generated on all properties where residents live within the Municipality, 3) collection in the period from 01.01.2027 r. to 31.12.2027 r. of expired medicines handed over by residents to designated collection points for expired medicines located in pharmacies, health clinics, and in public utility buildings, specified in the annex to the SWZ, located within the Municipality, together with equipping them with marked containers intended for…
