TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim of the construction measure is to refurbish the building comprehensively and to adapt the space programme to today’s and foreseeable future requirements. The planning of the outdoor facilities is to be included in an overall concept to be developed. As part of its contract for work, the general planner / bidder must deliver planning and implementation of a defect-free building that has a viable, forward-looking room programme that has been coordinated with the user. For this purpose, the following HOAI and AHO services, among others, are required: 1. Object planning for buildings and interiors 2. Specialist planning for structural engineering 3. Hazardous substances and analytics services 4. Fire protection 5. Building physics / thermal protection 6. SiGeKo services 7. Technical building equipment 8. Geotechnical engineering 9. Outdoor facilities planning In essence, these specialist planning services result from the HOAI and the AHO publications series in conjunction with the service specification and the other annexes. The contract is awarded in stages.
