TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the construction measure is to comprehensively refurbish the building and to adapt the space program to today’s and foreseeable future requirements. The planning of the outdoor facilities is to be included in an overall concept. Within the scope of its contract for work (Werkvertrag), the general planner / bidder shall be responsible for the planning and implementation of a defect-free building which has a robust, future-oriented, and user-coordinated space program. For this purpose, among others, the following HOAI and AHO services are required: 1. Object planning for buildings and interiors 2. Specialist planning for structural engineering 3. Hazardous substances and analytical services 4. Fire protection 5. Building physics / thermal protection 6. SiGeKo services 7. Technical building equipment 8. Geotechnical engineering 9. Outdoor facilities planning In principle, these specialist planning services result from the HOAI and the AHO publication series in conjunction with the service description and the other annexes.
