TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the project is the construction of a new facility – a connection to Markovec; a vertical structure with a connecting viaduct. The facility also includes remaining spaces (local space, sanitary facilities, service space….). The facility will be connected to the economic public infrastructure. The spatial layout, i.e. the newly planned facility, is formed by the following components and elements: - A viaduct for cyclists and pedestrians with lifts in the tower and an observation deck and a canopy, - An overpass with a lift and a staircase. As part of the overpass, a catering facility with accompanying programmes and public sanitary facilities will also be constructed, - A bicycle storage facility on the lower level, - A bicycle storage facility on the upper level, - Retaining wall – protection of an excavation slope, - External arrangement on the lower and upper level with access paths, paving, renovation of the existing amphitheatre, arrangement of infrastructure and execution of connections together with the necessary relocation of public utilities.
