TENDER DESCRIPTION

The investment in the arrangement of the Rače Castle Market arises from the need to expand capacity and raise the infrastructure standards of the existing premises in order to ensure a safe, accessible and sustainable environment for the sale of local produce. The purpose of the investment is to enable continuous and high-quality market activities that will operate throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions, and at the same time contribute to revitalising the castle complex. With the establishment of 12 covered sales kiosks with electrical and water connections, a multi-purpose building with a sanitary section and a space for preparing produce, as well as cooling vending machines for sales outside regular opening hours, the functionality and attractiveness of the market will be improved. The external arrangements include a market forecourt with an area of approximately 300 m², 15 parking spaces, pedestrian paths and green areas. The surfaces are paved with crushed stone or asphalt and separated with inox kerbs.
