TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the scaffolding work as part of the new construction of a coworking space in Lübbenau/Spreewald. The new building consists of four storeys (three full storeys and one setback storey). The building is approximately 20 m wide, 50 m long and approximately 17 m high. At the gables there is a stairwell with a lift shaft on each side. These as well as the floor slabs are made of reinforced concrete. The remaining walls consist, in part, of a timber stud construction with an external timber façade, as well as of a post-and-rail construction. In the centre of the building there is an atrium which extends from the 1st to the 4th storey and is closed off with a glass structure in order to bring daylight into the building interior. The work is to be carried out in sections/storey-by-storey as the structural shell progresses. The internal cantilever console to be installed will, in preparation for the façade works, be dismantled, replaced by an internal handrail and later added again.
