TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is carpenter and timber construction work in connection with the new build of a coworking space in Lübbenau/Spreewald. The new building consists of four storeys (three full storeys and one attic storey). The building is approximately 20 m wide, 50 m long and around 17 m high. At the gables there is a stairwell with lift shaft at each end. These and the intermediate floor slabs are made of reinforced concrete. The remaining walls consist partly of a timber stud wall construction with an external timber façade in front, as well as a post-and-beam construction. At the centre of the building there is an atrium which extends from the 1st to the 4th storey and is closed off with a glass structure in order to bring daylight into the interior of the building. The work tendered here includes the construction of the roof truss and the timber construction works in the areas of the exterior and interior walls.
