TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender are the carpenter and timber construction works in the context of the new build of a coworking space in Lübbenau/Spreewald. The new building consists of four storeys (three full storeys and one mezzanine storey). The building is approximately 20 m wide, 50 m wide and approximately 17 m high. At the gables there is one stairwell each with an lift shaft. These, as well as the floor slabs/upper floor ceilings, are made of reinforced concrete. The remaining walls consist, on the one hand, of a timber stud construction with a front-facing timber façade and, on the other hand, of a post-and-beam (post-and rail) construction. In the centre of the building there is an atrium which extends from the 1st to the 4th storey and is closed off with a glass structure in order to bring daylight into the interior of the building. The works tendered here include the construction of the roof truss and the timber construction works in the areas of the external and internal walls.
