TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the tender is locksmithing work for the delivery and installation of fire protection doors as part of the conversion to and recommissioning of the existing building Groß-Berliner Damm 59 as an approved reception facility for refugees. The services include in particular: • Delivery and installation of fire protection and smoke protection doors in accordance with the door list, plan documents and regulatory building supervisory requirements, • Removal and professional replacement of existing damaged and/or no longer functional door seals and seal profiles, • Delivery and installation of new fire protection and smoke protection seals approved for the respective door system, • Delivery and installation of required door frames, hardware and accessories, • Adaptation and ancillary work in connection with the proper installation and repair of the doors, • Testing of functional capability and proper handover of the doors after completion. The work will be carried out in the existing building during renovation and conversion for use as a community accommodation facility with approximately 326 accommodation places.
