TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is locksmith/carpenter work for the supply and installation of fire protection doors as part of the conversion and restart of the existing building Groß-Berliner Damm 59 as an approved reception facility for refugees. The services include in particular: • Supply and installation of fire and smoke protection doors in accordance with the door schedule, planning documents and building supervisory requirements, • Removal and proper replacement of existing damaged or no longer functional door seals and seal profiles, • Supply and installation of new fire and smoke protection seals approved for the respective door system, • Supply and installation of the required door frames, fittings and accessories, • Adjustment and ancillary work in connection with the proper installation and repair of the doors, • Testing of functional capability and proper handover of the doors after completion. The work is to be carried out in the existing building during renovation and conversion to a shared accommodation for approx. 326 accommodation places. The work is to be carried out taking into account the local conditions, the existing building fabric and site logistics.
