TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works mainly include: • carrying out management and maintenance works on the existing grass verges and planting (mowing of verges, trimming hedges, maintenance of planting beds, …); • pruning and felling line trees along service roads and overbridges; • limited (re)planting works and maintenance of these plantings during the warranty period; • collecting up and removing litter; • carrying out cleanliness maintenance works on the paved surfaces of roads and cycle paths (sweeping of paved surfaces, cleaning of escape refuges and elevated paved facilities); • cleaning street gullies, aquadrains and inspection pits; • emptying litter bins; • periodic cleaning of rest area furniture and litter bins; • clearing ditches; • profiling verges by excavation; • repairing damage to the green heritage (after accidents) and with regard to cleanliness maintenance (illegal dumping, etc.); • carrying out site supervision/agency works (e.g. after storm damage, …) insofar as these works cannot be reimbursed according to the other items of the bill of quantities and are not a contractual obligation of the contractor; • placing, maintaining and removing all regulatory site signage that is required…
