TENDER DESCRIPTION

This European public procurement concerns awarding the contract for green maintenance at roundabouts, whereby the contractor, as consideration, obtains a concession to exploit advertising at the relevant roundabouts. In this context, green maintenance is the primary subject of and/or the core performance within the contract. The contract has two scope components: 1. Main scope: green (maintenance) work at roundabouts; 2. Additional scope: the right to place and/or operate advertising at roundabouts, including responsibility for management, maintenance, and repairing damage to the advertising panels.
