Project description Parking Garage De Barones, located on the west flank of the historic city centre of Breda, provides parking spaces for approximately 510 vehicles and is one of the most heavily used municipal parking garages. Due to its central location, the parking garage plays an important role for visitors to the city centre, employees and those going out for entertainment. From the Multi-Year Maintenance Programme (MJOP), various major maintenance works are planned for the coming years. Given the nature and scope of these works, in combination with the desire to modernise the parking garage functionally and to ensure it better meets current users’ needs and urban developments, the municipality has decided to request these works on an integrated basis.
