TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this tender, the contracting authority aims to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply and replacement of approximately 10,000 post-top luminaires and 7,000 caddy lantern luminaires. The reason for this is that a significant part of the municipality’s public lighting in the period up to and including 2030 will be replaced or upgraded on a large scale. This involves replacing existing luminaires with new LED luminaires. This will be translated into projects carried out on the basis of this framework agreement. With this tender, the contracting authority aims to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply and replacement of approximately 10,000 post-top luminaires and 7,000 caddy lantern luminaires. The estimated value of the framework agreement, based on normally available budget and the contracting authority’s historical data, is approximately € 2,950,000.00 excluding VAT per year. With a term of four (4) years and six (6) months for the framework agreement, this comes to € 13,500,000.00 excluding VAT. Tenderers cannot derive any rights from this.
