TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Lancy wishes to carry out works for the extension, renovation and transformation of the Tivoli school group, including its courtyard, located at 15 Chemin Fief-de-Chapitre in Petit-Lancy (hereinafter the Project). Indeed, the municipality must be able to meet the growing needs of the Lancy population, which is constantly increasing, the requirements of the DIP, the objectives to reduce the heat-island effects of its courtyards, and the necessary renovation of its school groups. The purpose of this contract is the award of an architect’s mandate assuming the role of a general planner, a heating ventilation sanitary regulation engineer, and finally a civil engineer for the design and implementation of the Project.
