TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the emptying of non-sewer-connected collection cesspits as well as small sewage treatment plants within the association area of the “Fließtal” special-purpose association for the municipalities of Birkenwerder and Mühlenbecker Land, for the local districts of Mühlenbeck, Schildow and Schönfließ. The service includes suctioning and collecting the generated faecal wastewater and faecal sludge and the proper transport to the faecal receiving station of the Schönerlinde wastewater treatment plant. The contractor must document the waste disposal carried out on site using suitable haul-off receipts and must invoice the contracting authority for the quantities of faeces removed in a way that is understandable. In addition, a 24/7 emergency service must be provided throughout the entire term of the contract for non-sewer-connected collection cesspits and small sewage treatment plants in order to ensure urgent waste disposal and emergency cases within the specified response times.
