TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tunnel overbuild on Schlangenbader Straße, including the bridge over Wiesbadener Straße (former BAB A104) in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, was commissioned in 1980. As part of the major refurbishment, damage to the roadway, tunnel structure and technical installations will be rectified, and health-hazardous construction materials will be professionally remediated. The aim is the sustainable renewal of the tunnel and bridge structures and the creation of tunnel areas free of hazardous substances. The tunnel with bridge consists of two parallel tunnel tubes and is approximately 570 m long. The structure runs at the level of floors 2 and 3 through the residential overbuild on Schlangenbader Straße. The contractual services for the major refurbishment I – BE / Traffic safety include, among other things, setting up the construction site establishment areas, preparatory construction work (e.g. protective fencing, crown securing, protection of trees, protection for equipment elements of the traffic facility, installation, etc.), setting up construction power and the traffic management during construction.
