Es soll die Fachplanung der technischen Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 und 8 gem. § 53 HOAI, Lph 1-9 und Ingenieurbauwerke gem. § 41 HOAI Nr. 1,2, Aufteilung in 3 Lose beauftragt werden. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor 1 bis max. 3 Lose an einen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer zu vergeben. Die Beauftragung aller Lose an einen Bewerber ist somit möglich.

Service phases which the contracting authority does not commission upon conclusion of the contract are subject to a suspensive condition. The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the commissioning to partial services of individual service phases or to specific sections of the construction measure. In the event of continuation of the planning and execution of the construction measure, the contracting authority intends to call up additional services—either individually or as a whole.
