TENDER DESCRIPTION

Awarding of contract For the implementation of the project, the commissioning of the basic services for structural engineering planning pursuant to § 51 HOAI 2013 in service phases 1-6, and, if necessary, any special services in service phase 8, is planned. The commissioning will take place subject to a phased award within the scope of budgetary law regulations. Service phases that are not awarded immediately upon contract award are subject to a suspensive condition. The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the commissioning to partial services of individual service phases or to individual construction phases. If planning and execution are continued, further services—either individually or as a whole—are to be called off. There is no entitlement to the award of additional service phases. The decision on whether they will be commissioned will, as a rule, depend on political resolutions and approval of the construction submission (HU-Bau). The contractor is obliged to provide the further service phases if the contracting authority assigns them. However, no increase in the contractor’s fees can be derived from the phased award.
