TENDER DESCRIPTION

Awarding For the implementation of the project, the assignment of the basic services of structural engineering planning pursuant to § 51 HOAI 2013 in service phases 1-6, and if required, as the case may be, special services in service phase 8 is planned. The award shall be made subject to phased awarding in accordance with the budgetary law provisions. Service phases that are not directly awarded at the time the contract is concluded are subject to a suspensive condition. The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the award to partial services of individual service phases or to individual construction sections. If planning and execution are continued, further services—individually or as a whole—are to be called off. There is no entitlement to the award of additional service phases. The decision on whether they will be awarded generally depends on political resolutions and approval of the building submission (HU-Bau). The contractor is obliged to provide the further service phases when the contracting authority assigns them. However, from the phased award, the contractor may not derive any increase in its fees.
