TENDER DESCRIPTION
The replacement new build of the Burgschule Linden is to be classified as a school (HBO §2 para. 9 no. 12, special structure) and building class 3. It will be built as a two-storey hybrid building (reinforced concrete frame and slabs with external walls in timber, in passive-house standard). As part of this contract, the following are to be manufactured: - 720 m2 timber stud walls with mineral wool insulation - 720 m2 timber batten cladding with UK - 100 m2 post-and-rail façade - 100 m2 timber-aluminium windows and doors - 100 m2 aluminium louvre roller shutters
