TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the planning of the outdoor facilities in connection with the new construction of two extension buildings at the Montessori Primary School Rußhütte-Saarbrücken. The structural extensions include an extension to the Primary School building and an extension to the After-School Care building. The aim is to create an attractive outdoor space with a high quality of staying and a wide-ranging play and movement offering for children aged 5 to 13 years. In particular, climbing and balancing offers as well as movement areas similar to a course are planned. For the design, an area of around 900 m² is available, taking into account the existing locations of trees. The site has a slope of about 8%. This is to be intentionally used as a shaping design element and integrated into the play concept. The necessary site grading/modelling is to be carried out as far as possible through mass balancing.
