TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the planning of outdoor facilities in connection with the construction of two extension buildings at the Montessori Primary School Rußhütte-Saarbrücken. The building extensions include an extension to the Primary School building and an extension to the After-School Care building. The aim is to create an attractive open space with a high quality of staying/lingering and a diverse range of play and movement opportunities for children aged 5 to 13. In particular, climbing and balancing offers as well as areas for movement similar to obstacle-course layouts are planned. For the design, an area of approximately 900 m² is available, taking into account the existing tree locations. The site has a slope of about 8 %. This is intended to be consciously used as a shaping design element and integrated into the play concept. Any necessary terrain modelling is to be carried out, as far as possible, using mass balancing. The planning also includes fencing of the play area along the road.
