TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction project includes the refurbishment and extension of the Primary School Wagenstadt in Herbolzheim. The existing three-storey school building will be stripped back to the shell and completely refurbished. In addition, a new southern extension, a lift covering all storeys, and a new stairwell as a second escape route will be built. As part of the plumbing work, all sanitary fixtures, potable water and wastewater installations including pipe insulation, fire protection penetration seals, and ancillary services are to be renewed and/or newly installed. The scope of services includes, among other things, the installation of WC facilities including barrier-free WC, urinals, washbasins, slop sinks, potable water pipes made of stainless steel, sound-insulated foul water drainage pipes, external water supply lines, pipe insulation, as well as commissioning, flushing, testing/sampling and documentation of the systems. The work is described in the attached bill of quantities (scope of work specification).
