TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure comprises the refurbishment and expansion of the Primary School Wagenstadt in Herbolzheim. The existing three-storey school building is stripped down to the shell and comprehensively refurbished. In addition, a new south extension is built, an elevator is installed covering all floors, and a new stairwell is provided as a second escape route. As part of the plumbing works, all sanitary fixtures and fittings, potable water and wastewater installations including pipe insulation, fire protection closures, and ancillary services are renewed and/or newly installed. The services include, among other things, the installation of WC facilities including an accessible WC, urinals, wash basins, rinse basins, potable water pipes made of stainless steel, sound-insulated foul-water lines, external water lines, pipe insulation, as well as commissioning, flushing, testing and documentation of the systems. The works are described in the attached bill of quantities.
